Our Core Commercial Catering Appliances 3 (COMCAT3) training course is for experienced operatives who wish to undertake commission, service, repair and breakdown of commercial catering appliances including deep fat and pressure fryers, griddles and grills.
The cost of the course includes training, assessment & certification fees.
COMCAT3 candidates must hold one of the following ACS qualifications:
- Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety (CCCN1)
- Changeover from Domestic to Commercial Catering module (CODC1).
From Monday 1st October 2018, you must have been registered Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 6 months to add additional appliances to your initial registration.
