If you didn’t understand anything she was quite happy to help or talk you through anything you weren’t sure off.

The first aid refresher course was fun & interactive. From the first moment at arriving at the Worcester venue, Jody the trainer made me feel at ease. I hope I have Jody as my trainer in 3 years time.
