The Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid is a 2-day MHFA course that provides learners with an in-depth understanding of mental health first aid training issues. this is the most comprehensive training, and the ONLY MHFA course that qualifies individuals as a Mental Health First Aider in the workplace.

The Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health helps learners by teaching them about stress, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, depression and anxiety that could occur in the workplace. It also develops interpersonal skills, such as active listening, how to provide help to others, and when to get assistance in an emergency. The one-day course is advised for those who want to promote a mentally healthy work environment. You are not eligible to be a first aider for Mental Health.

The HSE recommends a half-day annual first aid refresher course to keep up with the latest advances in first aid and help refresh an individuals knowledge.

Our first aid courses for schools are designed for teachers and school staff who may be required to provide first aid to children and adults. Our school first aid courses are fully accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB). This course is only available for on-site delivery for group bookings.

This 3-6 hour defibrillator (AED) course teaches your coworkers how to utilise a defibrillator efficiently and confidently in the event of a critical emergency.

If you are undertaking your SIA license or SIA top up. This one day first aid training course is recognised by the SIA. Clients will undertake the EFAW qualification.

This pitch-side first aid course is intended for people who want to work as a sports first aider.
