Freelance Electrical Trainers & Assessors

Skills Training Group require a Freelance Electrical Trainer and/or Assessor for our Paisley Training Centre.

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous training & assessing experience with a D32/33, A1 or TAQA qualification, but this is not essential for the role as training will be provided.

The role includes training/assessing various different types of electrical courses including 1-day & 3-day 18th edition courses as well as electric vehicle charging courses.

Freelance Gas Trainers & Assessors

Skills Training Group are always on the lookout for experienced Freelance Gas Trainers & Assessors to deliver courses out of our Paisley & Dalgety Bay Centres.

You will ideally have previous training & assessing experience with a D32/33, A1 or TAQA qualification.

The role includes training/assessing various different types of heating, plumbing & new entrant courses.

Freelance First Aid Trainers & Assessors

Skills Training Group is looking for qualified trainers and assessors to deliver Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work and Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work qualifications. Trainers must have occupational knowledge and competence in first aid and evidence of CPD.

The role includes providing:

  • The provision of high-quality training which is planned and personalised to meet the needs of the individuals, whilst ensuring the aims and objectives of both the awarding body and company standards are met.
  • Obtaining feedback from candidates and employers assess the effectiveness of training.
  • Accurate completion of all required documentation in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Reviewing and identifying your own professional development needs in order to strive for continuous improvement.

Trainers must hold the below qualifications or the equivalent:
Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work

Freelance Health & Safety Trainers & Assessors

Skills Training Group is seeking Freelance Health and Safety Trainers (self-employed) who must have experience in the delivery of IOSH Managing Safely & IOSH Working Safely courses.
