Just completed a three day first aid at work course in Bradford with Katie. Great first aid trainer with a sense of humour. The serious message of first aid was clearly delivered and we left with the confidence to be able to render first aid to whoever might need our services. Practical exercises & first aid skills were valuable and we all became competent. We worked in different groups as well as being on our own.

Katie was my first aid trainer and she was very clear with her first aid training and answered all questions really well! She made the day really light and fun as well, it wasn’t a textbook day and everyone there were practical learners so that was great.

The whole experience was great. Katie’s done a great job at ensuring that none of the first aid students got bored while assisting and demonstrating practical skills where necessary! I am glad I have attended the first aider course at the Bradford centre!
