Do my employees need this course?

Your employees need the full FAW qualification if the outcome of your first aid risk assessment determines that you require first aiders with more than emergency first aid skills. For less risky business environments, you may only need your first aiders to have received the EFAW qualification.

FAWR exams and assessment

As well as being assessed by the trainer throughout the two-day first aid at work course refresher, learners will take a final assessment. Successful candidates will receive an FAIB-accredited Level 3 FAW qualification.

Other relevant information

Learners must be physically able to carry out the procedures required to meet HSE assessment criteria.

This course complies with Health and Safety (first aid) Regulations 1981 and updates learners of any change in practice and guidelines.

Very positive feedback from all staff who were on the training, great trainers and they made the topic interesting and easy to understand.
