The Emergency First Aid at Work is a one-day course that teaches yoga teachers how to maintain an non-breathing, unconscious, choking, ill, injured or bleeding casualty before the arrival of the emergency services. The skills learned in this course could be the difference between life and death during an emergency within a yoga class.
The course is fully recognised by the British Wheel of Yoga and the Yoga Alliance UK. This course is essential for any yoga teacher who wants to be prepared for any emergency situation that may occur during a class.
