How far in advance do I need to book?

For those who are renewing their ACS Gas Safety qualification, we would recommend booking at least four weeks ahead. Bookings can be accepted the day before if there is a space. You can call us on 0141 889 4516.

Do I need to bring any tools?

We provide all of the tools and equipment for our courses. In some circumstances, candidates may bring their own test equipment, but this would need to be checked by our trainer prior to use in our centre.

I am not from the Glasgow area, can you provide or recommend any accommodation nearby?

Yes, we have a selection of local hotels & B&B's that we can recommend.

How do I apply for a course?

How can I pay?

We accept payment by debit or credit card, cheque, internet banking or cash.

When do I need to pay?

A deposit is required to book yourself on to one of our courses. The deposit amount varies depending on which course you are looking to book. Payment is then usually made in full on the start day of the course unless prior arrangement has been made to pay in instalments.

Will I receive my certificate at the end of the course?

You will be notified of the outcome at the end of your course. Your paperwork is then sent to the accreditation body and after they verify your paperwork, they will send the certificate out to you by post. The certificate is sent to the candidate and not to their employer.

How long does it take to receive my certificates?

The normal certification turnaround time is 20 working days. There is an option to 'Fast Track' this process which costs £50 + VAT and reduces the turnaround to 5 working days. Please note this option is only available on LCL Awards accredited courses.
