Assessment
To achieve your SMSTS qualification, you will need to:
- Attend all five training days
- Take part in group discussions and interactive tasks
- Complete daily knowledge checks
- Pass the final multiple-choice exam
The course is designed to be practical, engaging, and focused on real-world application.
Qualification & Renewal
After successfully completing the course, you will receive the CITB Site Safety Plus SMSTS Certificate, which is valid for five years. This qualification is widely required for supervisory and management roles throughout the construction industry.
To renew your certification, you must complete the 2-day SMSTS Refresher Course before your certificate expires.
