During our first aid classes, we cover a comprehensive range of essential skills and knowledge needed to provide immediate care and assistance to those experiencing medical emergencies.
Our training includes practical skills such as how to apply bandages, deal with wounds and bleeding, and manage burns, fractures, and poisoning. We also cover airway, breathing, and circulation techniques, including CPR and the use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), to ensure learners can respond quickly and confidently in emergency situations.
Additionally, we provide training on how to manage injuries to the head, neck, spine, back, pelvis, abdomen, hips, legs, and feet, as well as bites, stings, and shock. By the end of our first aid classes, learners will have the skills and knowledge needed to provide immediate care and potentially save lives in emergency situations.
